Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange of items damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first e-mail us within 7 days of receiving your shipment of Laurinex at shipping@ascaloninc.com to report your package damage, prior to returning or shipping the damaged item to us. We will reply to your e-mail with instructions on how to return your damaged item. You are required to submit photo documentation along with your claim. Photo documentation is a requirement because it helps us resolve your claim more efficiently.

Once we receive and inspect your claim of damaged shipment, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your damaged item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim of the damaged item. If you are approved, we will send you a replacement.

Ascalon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for the order. Upon inquiry, Ascalon will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, and tracking information for the customer to investigate.
